Lithium Button Cell Batteries (3V CR Series)

Lithium button cell batteries are small, flat 3V cells in the CR series, covering sizes from CR927 through CR3032 at category level. The line is stated to have a shelf life of more than 5 years, low self-discharge, and RoHS-compliant mercury-free construction. Cells are available with tabs or leads for OEM assembly, and the range includes standard CR cells, special button cells and button cells with leads or solder tabs.

Button cells power the small devices that people rarely think about until they stop working: watches, calculators, remote controls, car keys, medical monitors, small sensors and backup memory circuits. Because the cell is often soldered or clipped into a compact housing, size matters as much as capacity — a CR2032 at 20.0 by 3.2 mm is not interchangeable with a CR2025 at 20.0 by 2.5 mm, even though the diameter matches.
